We offer 30 day payment terms to our account customers. This allows you time to forward on to your clients and review our statement.

We ensure that we assign you a dedicated contact for any queries. This way you build a relationship with Ry and ensure you are being heard.

discounted rates

Account customers benefit from discounted rates across all services and types of works. This is based on volume of works and each relationship - these will be discussed on on-boarding and reviewed as our relationship progresses.

Priority service

Our accounts customers are VIPS. To ensure we try and provide the most efficient and timely service Ry saves and allocates account customer time slots each day, so should an emergency occur we can aim to be out the same day if notified before 10am.

Bulk Buy Credits

We offer a bulk buy credit service - where our managing agents can pay for hours in advance of use. This provides and even further discounted rate than standard account terms. Meaning you can benefit from any additional profit, or use it as a point of sale for your landlords or clients. One credit is equal to 1 hours labour, credits can't be used for quoted works, but can be used for reactive & planned jobs in hours (Mon-Fri) including Gas Safety Inspections. Parts & materials are separate - credits will be assigned on account until they run out. Contact us for more details and T&C's.
