30 days to make payments

As a signed up Landlord you will have 30 Days to make payment per job. This means you have time to attend and check it. It also aids your cashflow. We also accept bank transfers, not just card payments.

Fluid Onboarding Process

We ensure before you are set up that we have all the correct details we need to provide the best possible service. Such as up to date tenant contact details, all your properties added, appliance details and any set terms of service - for example if you only authorise a 1 hour visit for any danger to person or property without your further consent.

We ensure you have a main point of contact - so that if you have any queries your not passed from pillar to post. They will then assist speaking to any other departments if needed.
