How do Ry handle full Bathroom Refurbishments? We will attend and provide a free estimate of works or a video estimate to start - all you will need to do is have an idea of what products you want such as shower trays, tiles, lighting etc. If your then happy with the estimate we will re visit prior to works starting to confirm all the details and queries.
If you have specific design requests or wish to have products sourced for you, we may be able to help with additional technical design fees or you can consider hiring an interior designer and or get a bathroom design drawn up on CAD by some of our trusted suppliers. The job was for the trace and fix of a leak and we were worried that it would be a huge job of ripping up bathroom tiles, but luckily Paul was able to identify where the leak was coming from, by taking off the bathroom panel, advise on the issue and fixed it within two hours - much to our relief. He was friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards - really happy to have contacted Ry Group and would do so again!

No complaints about the quality of work, tidiness, punctuality etc. but there were some negatives. In particular (1) RyGas reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation charge if you do not cancel within 24 hours, however they only notified me of the planned arrival time of the engineer at 7PM the evening before via email which was less than 24 hours from the appointment time; (2) I was charged significantly more than quoted for the job, which was disappointing given that the engineer didn't know how to do the job initially and needed to "phone a friend" to figure out what to do, so claiming the job took longer than expected seems unreasonable - I resent paying for someone to learn on the job; (3) the engineer took away the old tap without asking what I wanted to do with this - as it happened it was a new tap which had only been installed as a temporary replacement to the original tap which had broken so I am down £100 on a perfectly good tap and charged 50% more than I expected for a simple job.Uodate: In fairness to Ry group they did contact me after this review was published and credited me back so that I was charged the price originally quoted. I appreciated the response and have uprated accordingly

RyGas saved us once again. Their phone lines are manned by extremely proficient and helpful staff, who immediately put you at ease & do their best to sort out quick appointments / solutions. On this occasion a plumber materialised faster than expected, despite it being a Bank Holiday, & we received the usual courtesey call/s to inform / update us. Operatives always try to work quickly & efficiently & they don't dilly dally to up the charges, which some unreliables unfortunately do. RyGas are reliable. They explain their charges up front and on each visit, we have encountered very personable, well trained and competent staff. I am happy to recommend RyGas to others.

Ryan and his team deserve top marks for their outstanding work on the complete refurbishment of our flat in Richmond.They installed new wiring, plumbing, heating and flooring; fitted a new boiler, bathroom, kitchen, doors and cupboards; in addition they did all the plastering and painting.All the team members were extremely professional, friendly and punctiliously tidy. Ry reacted very promptly to my message via check a trade and gave me call. They have send contractor as soon as they could and after we have agreed on price, they have ordered parts and booked for job to be done. Communication was great! Gentleman was very professional and polite, job done quickly and even cleaned 🧹 nicely after. I received mini training, plenty of advice and even help with bleeding my radiator. Staff were polite and courteous when taking my call, and after a brief conversation, suggested an engineer to visit to troubleshoot my problem. I received an email and text the day before the appointment, and the engineer arrived bang on time. He (George) was polite, courteous and professional; he explained his work and his conclusions, and the suggested remedial works. I was advised that a quotation would be emailed to me in due course, and it arrived the day after. The cost of the work was in line with other companies. Overall, a good customer experience.

Excellent service from Ry again. I have used them for many years for various plumbing and electrical issues and have always had a first class experience. I had an electrical issue late Friday night and called the out of hours emergency contact, who went out his way to have an electrician contact me to run through a small issue I had but needed some expertise. I received a call from the engineer within 10 minutes from an extremely helpful man, who took his time to fullt go through my issue and resolve. RyGas installed a boiler/central heating system in my flat. There had previously been nothing in place but two ancient gas heaters that couldn't be used, so it was quite an involved job, starting from scratch. They did a fantastic job from the moment they arrived, kept me informed the whole time and made sure I came home to a nice tidy place each day while the work was going on, and then a nice toastie place when the work was completed! RyGas/RySparks also did several plumbing and electrical jobs for me while the boiler work was going on, as I had a load of things that needed fixing or upgrading. Again, everything was carried out super efficiently and I'm really pleased with it all. I would highly recommend using RyGas. They are professional, friendly and provide an excellent service.

Had a new boiler & power flush. From start to finish, RyGas is clearly a company that takes pride in its customer service. They were professional and on task from start to finish. The cost of the works was competitive and the fitter was absolutely lovely. I didn't even know he was there or had been in my home except for the fact that I had heating downstairs again! There really were no negatives, I was very pleased and would recommend.

Rygas came and gave a quote for replacing a downstairs very old toilet and replacement of taps and a click clack plug hole. We received the quote quickly. We also had asked 2 other companies to come and review. Jason rang up and asked me if I had received the quote. At the time my husband was very hesitant as he was concerned that in replacing this toilet would lead to it jutting out further in a very tight space. Jason reassured me that they would do their best to source a suitable toilet which they did.Frankie came to do the work and did an amazing job, was cheerful, hardworking and conscientious and we are delighted with the finished product!I would also like to thank the office staff for helping to source suitable products. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. A big thank you!

Ry Specialise in providing the Skilled Local Bathroom Fitters to bring your imagination to life. We currently do not specialise in Bathroom Design Services. If you have a large budget and big ideas we would recommend you contact a specialist interior designer - we can recommend a couple we have worked for in the past if you get in touch.
However if you are looking for partial assistance - i.e just the spacing and products we would recommending finding a bathroom showroom or supplier who can create a bespoke CAD design for you.
Depending on where you live, there are lots of options. Once you have your layout set - and a rough idea of sizing you can then look to the internet, magazines or even TV to provide inspiration on design, or you may of got this through the suppliers products. Then Ry can attend and provide an estimate and help with our experience and technical know how, to clear up any questions left.
In some cases Ry have provided product design and specification; However this is an additional charge to our standard process, and may or may not be suitable for you.
