Frequently Asked Questions
The answer is no, the only work that will receive a 12 Month Workmanship Warranty is a new installation. If we have attempted a repair on an old product - we cannot provide a guarantee.
The workmanship warranty is to protect our customers from bad workmanship within our control as a business - however we cannot guarantee existing elements or components we do not manufacturer.
We will always try to ensure you are aware of all solutions so you can weigh up if an attempted repair or replacement is most efficient for you. However this can vary and cannot always be pre-empted in all circumstances.
The only time we may cover an attempted repair under warranty is where our complaints procedure has been followed and we feel there was negligence on our part.

Unless specified in writing - it will be down to you to unlock certain product guarantees. This is as then you can register your details with the manufacturer should you ever need - we would end up needing to know thousands of logins and be in the way of any future issues.
However, where specified we may register it for you - such as Boilers - this is as we unlock our special accredited warranty terms.
